Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
To ensure the safe delivery of our fragile and high-value items, Louissanka cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. All deliveries require a physical street address and an adult signature upon receipt.
How will my order be packaged?
Every louissanka order is treated as a gift. Your items will arrive in our signature protective boxes, elegantly secured with silk ribbons. For our Ceramics and Glassware, we utilize bespoke shock-absorbent internal structures to guarantee safety without compromising the unboxing experience. Is a signature required for my delivery?
Yes. To protect your purchase, all Louissanka shipments require a direct signature from an adult at the delivery address. Our couriers are instructed not to leave packages unattended at doorsteps.
